This is NOT designed for people that just want to read and watch videos. We will show you what you need to do and what you can use to do it, but YOU need to implement what is taught. You have the Gold Course and there's a TON of material included. You don't know where to start or where to even begin. You don't even know what you don't know yet! What license do you need (hint - you don't)? Why don't you need a licence? How is that even legal? What if a tenant needs a service? How much money can you make? (Hint - a fortune) How can you make a fortune providing affordable housing? Who would even want to live in a "group home"? How do you find these tenants and how is it possible to start with no money? I don't have money and I need to get a house to start right? If not what do I do????!!!!!! This is the typical state of mind our coaching clients come to us with.
This section will take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours to complete and save you MONTHS of time!
Stage 2 - Marketing & Networking (Included With Beta Version)
Look, truth be told, you do not need us. You could start today by picking up the phone, marketing to local organizations, building your waiting list and then shopping for enough homes to meet the demand you just generated for your business. Now that you are confident enough to do this from completing Stage 1 you will be required to take action before moving on.
This is one of, if not THE, most important part of your business. How big you go with your marketing will determine how many homes, if any, you get. This is an ongoing process that will never stop if you want to keep your beds occupied.
You will need to have at least 25 marketing contacts, and at least 1 solid referral source before moving on. In this section we'll be showing you how to find them, how to market to them, and what to say with real life examples and sales calls.
Stage 3 - Finding Your Location (Included with Beta Version)
Now that you have completed your marketing assignments, found out where the opportunities are and the demand for housing is in your area, you will now feel CONFIDENT enough to start shopping for your property.
There are multiple strategies when it comes to home acquisition and this section will show you how to do all of them.
We will be diving into the heads of traditional landlords and you will get to hear a live on the air negotiations showing you how to start with little to no money.
