Part 3 - HOW TO GET PAID. Collections is the most stressful part of property management. This is completely different than those traditional models. Our payments come either directly or indirectly from the government. 

Part 4 - SYSTEMS. Contrary to popular belief, managing a Group Home iS NOT A FULL TIME JOB. One person can run 15-20 of these if hustling. 

Part 5 - HOW TO START. There is a lot of work to do FIRST that we recommend doing BEFORE you have a home. Once you do these steps you are an asset and we have many people start the business and get properties with NO MONEY OUT OF POCKET after they follow these steps.
